Double refund for canceled order

Hi folks, there was a cancellation of order via amazon customer care support since it was not getting cancelled from app. There were two items in the order. I got a chargeback/refund for the laptop of around 90k and then again later the orginal transaction was reversed for both the items. So now i have received extra amount in my card. Where to report this or will it automatically be corrected?

Don't report this. Wait for 3 months if nothing happens, enjoy the gift.

Don’t be a monkey and fall for the banana in the tailpipe trick. Do the right thing and avoid double refunds!🙂

To be on the safer side, report it to Amazon and the bank, so that you don’t look like a fraudster if a red flag is triggered. Just report once to both entities in writing, probably by email. Don’t do anything beyond that.

Is it possible that a transaction doesn't appear in the unbilled transaction ?

Don't worry it will adjusted we need the whole billed and unbilled statement. Amazon will debit the amount again.

Earlier it was on in process tab but now everything is coming as settled. So i was lil confused. Anyways will wait till billing to see what happens

Just inform amazon via email, that you got double refund.
Then sit back relaxed, and wait for their response.

It happened with me in past with different site, HDFC credited double refund. In statement they adjusted it showed like debit - credit -credit - debit

Yup. They removed the extra refund last night. All good now
