Don't flip SBI cards network variant before availing welcome benefits.

Guys don't change the network variant (eg. from rupay to mastercard or mastercard to visa ) of sbi cards before getting the welcome benefits.
I was supposed to get a noise smartwatch and 12 month fitpass membership, but since i changed the network variant from mastercard to visa they declined to provide the benefits.

Escalate your issue to higher level grievance redressal they might help you.

There is nothing like this specified on the terms and conditions. So maybe you are eligible to get the benefits.

Your joining fees is paid right? If yes, you are eligible for the benefits.

If there is no satisfactory response from them escalate the issue to RBIO.
