As you can see in the picture, the latest enquiries from Axis bank and HDFC are when I applied Flipkart Axis and HDF Millenia. For Axis I have applied on May 25th (Cashkaro), it has another enquiry next day. For HDFC, they called me on June 20th and offered Millenia CC LTF, I agreed and submitted applications same day. But again there is an enquiry entry next day. Why is this duplicate happening and is there a way to remove it? Does this affect my score?

Plus you can see enquiries from 2020, why are they still there? Will they be removed from enquiries or thy will stay there as a history?

@Shrinit Padwal Axis customer keeps asking share your latest official CIBIL report. I already used the once per year from official CIBIL site. Should I subscribe to CIBIL or the reports from apps like GPay, Airtel, CRED, Paytm, etc is enough? (I also need to ask HDFC to remove similar duplicate CIBIL entry).
Many apps/websites present for getting a free Cibil score - and do tell Axis with every mail - if you ask me for a Cibil report again - 'Pay for my subscription' to check daily
I have attached the PDF and they replied accordingly. For removal of hard enquiry, they replied. However as checked in our records your have made the payment for the total outstanding amount on your credit card account. Please note: You CIBIL will get updated in the next cycle in CIBIL records. Now, if I ask them again, they will request me to share official cibil report of today's date. I don't know if official CIBIL site will give daily report if we subscribe for it.
Total BS reason - removing cibil enquiries has nothing to do with payment cycle - update after the payment cycle would only be in O/S amt, enquiries can be removed anyday. So just tell - I only want enquiries removed immediately and CIBIL O/S amount or whatnot, let it update after next cycle
Also
they replied accordingly
is it PNO? Do direct mail to PNO - lower levels are just dumb and waste our time(speaking from experience - they don't even read mail before replying).

No, its not PNO. I thought direct e-mails to PNO will be ignored/some sort of service request number should be opened to get addressed by the PNO. I will try e-mailing to PNO directly.

What I've observed is that enquiries do not affect everyone the same way. I've made around 10 enquiries in the past 2-3 months and it has not moved my score a bit. Note that all these enquiries appeared in report for me within 3-4 days. It may be profile to profile and a combination of other things too.
And it's not just me, I've seen other responses also from people mentioning that their scores did not change too. Most of these people including me have a credit history of at least 5-10 years, scores of at least 750, no payment miss ever etc. For someone who does not have a lot of history, they may see different behavior.

I agree. My CIBIL score dropped only by 2 points (757 to 755) but my credit score did drop by 13 points (858 to 845). But I am sure it will be back normal once enquires are stopped and credit card usage is normal.
