DCB Does DCBM add on has separate monthly capping on smartBuy?

So DCB metal has 10k RP capping on smartBuy for accelerated RPs. This gets over soon if I book a good hotel or flight booking.
Suppose I spend 70k on primary and 70k on add on with one smartBuy portal of my account and another smartbuy portal of add on's account.
Will I get 20k RPs or only 10k?
