My online account opened and gave physical docs too at home branch.
Tried logged into app, asked aadhar pan dob, i entered all right.
But showed incorrect 3 times and blocked .
What to do?

Yes, can apply from other branches but might have to justify why you are not applying from home branch.
You'll need the usual salary slips/ITR (original soft copy), application form, etc etc.


You can. Once you have enabled transaction rights in app and net banking, you can transact even without an active DC BUT if you forget the password of IB there is no wayof resetting it. As for the app, you can reset mPin using one of the three options: DC, CC or IB password.

So I can't close savings account if I hold credit card from BOI?

Per my knowledge you cannot close SA if holding active CC. This is bcoz Annual Fees for CC are debited directly from linked SA unlike other banks.
Experts bearing BOI CC can throw more light here.

Yes since you already paid AMC for the current card apply for RSDC next year before they charge AMC.
