A bit off-topic, but why do you need Lounge access on arrival? Is it not better to just collect you baggage and head home or to the hotel after landing?

Accessed 080 Arrival Lounge twice last month using (Add-on cards of) PNB Rupay Select card & BOB Eterna credit card.

Some People wait for their cars, cabs, drivers , family to come. They'd just rather wait in the lounge that outside.

Another reason could also be that if you land early and your check in isn't till afternoon, could make sense to use the lounge

When you are arriving around 12pm-1pm in afternoon or in evening between 7pm-9pm and dont want to do hustle of preparing food after reaching home or ordering from outside, arrival lounge can save some good bucks along with time & effort. One of the best use case at-least for my family to prefer arrival lounges !!
