What is this new Kotak Privy League ? Is it separate from Prima / Optima ? What is this Privy League Neon / Black ?

Gaming company Razer had launched a similar card. Tht looked pretty coool!

Razor nicely implemented it, in Kotak's card (See my video above) the light looks out of place. One can trigger the payment LED without needing a payment machine by placing the card on a wireless charger (not recommended).
