Diners Privilege Lounge Access Validity?

I understand Diners Privilege provides 12 domestic lounge access per year.
1. If I received my card in July 2022 will I still be eligible for 12 access in 2022 or will it be pro rated ?

In their website there is not a capping per quarter if its right then you can able to use completely..

Yup you can use from July 2022 to December 2022, a total of 12 lounges, No capping in a quarter.
