DCB Did anyone recently get DCB feedback survey?

I recieved an sms for DCB feedback survey. The sms seems legit, but it redirects to some less known survey website where first thing that they ask is DOB.
Want to check with people here, on whether have also received this feedback.

If someone has already filled it, what kind of info is being asked?

The HDFC contact from which you got SMS is legit and the link starting from hdfcbk.io is also official HDFC. So, do not worry, Diners must have tied up with a survey website to get feedback from customers.
