Demat Charges for ICICI Wealth Management account

Can someone with ICICI Wealth Management account clarify the following:

1. Is ICICI Wealth Management account is 3 in 1 Account?

2. Are there any special offers on Demat annual charges / Transaction charges for ICICI Wealth management account?

3. If the demat account is chargeable, what are the annual charges?

For ICICI there is no free AMC demat even for WM users
They will convert your account once you link it to ICICI securities
AMC is 840

But if you want completely free demat AMC go for hdfc imperia
Preferred you have to do one transaction in demat each year to make AMC free

To be on the safer side open demat offline by visiting branch and take a written email that AMC will be LTF
Thats how I did it
Keep in mind these banks charge a very high brokerage plus their UI is from 90s . So if you are doing swings it will eat away a lot of your profit
Even after buying discount brokerage plan they charge randomly

I opened ICICI WM and demat with Prime 4999 plan, one benefit that is not mentioned anywhere nor my RM was aware was is that I got 4999 + 5000 another brokerage for any demat transaction, the 5000 bonus brokerage is valid for 6 months and the 4999 is valid for lifetime. Bonus gets used first, tried it first hand..
