Deceptive Marketing by HDFC Bank

HDFC has been repeatedly sending me emails promoting lifetime free (LTF) credit card offers. However, every time I check, the options presented are paid cards and They’ve already conducted three credit enquiries. I’ve emailed them twice to raise this concern, but their response was dismissive, saying they can’t assist unless I apply. I’m extremely frustrated by this misleading practice. Is there any action I can take to hold them accountable?

You can apply and then phone customer care to make it lifetime free if you have the proof of this.
If they refuse to make it lifetime free then you should not activate it
