Except both of them are rich and reasonably fit. Not like the usual Indian male with a fat tummy :hehe:

I have seen one of my friends, go from altmost getting bald to back to fuller hair, just by focussing on getting fitter. Like he got jacked within 2 year period and hair also returned. Testosterone plays an important role in hair growth.

Same thing I have noticed with some other guys in US, whom i know. They all focussed on getting jacked, and not on treating baldness direclty.

The only caveat here, that you need to be "jacked", just doing some exercise and lifting some light weight wont do anything.
I think the hormone responsible for hair fall is DHT which is also a testosterone. There are others that might also cause it like thyroid hormone. I think doing a DHT test might help verify what the exact case for hair fall is. Its always best to see a dermat. I know it might be tough to see one and feel weird but thats the best thing you can do.

Yes its related. Biggest reason is mostly genetics.

Also any treatment would only work until you have hair follicles left on head, once that is gone then its game over.

It's not dht in particular but sensitivity to it. Most people are not sensitive to dht hence no hairfall for them, but for some reason those who go bald are.
