DCB NOT ACCEPTED ONLINE AND OFFLINE

It’s urgent as i have to email about diners club credit card acceptance issues both online and offline, i know in many threads it mentioned somewhere but for that i have to search individual threads so please help to make a list of acceptance issue online offline big website offline malls everywhere, i will also helps other members who want to upgrade right so please share your experience mostly recent, thank you members

Offline mostly accepted in all star hotels
Online only 2 categories I know successful
1 is jewelry chit paying monthly due
2 foreign exchange involved purchases I mean like alibaba

for me amex capacitance has more issues then DCB..From march 2023 any HDFC POS machine will accept Diners.
Acceptance of diners i have increased over the period of time in offiline

I am in Bangalore and never faced much acceptance of DCB in offline spends - mainly restaurants / shopping malls etc.

Online - i was not able to use it for Google one spends. Other than that for most others it did work.

But to be honest I hardly use DCB these days, considering that I have a magnus.

I had dcp didnt work at many fuel stations and online also at raj gov site and national board site not accepted. Also its contactless feature doesnt work . U have to enter pin manually every time. I would suggest to get a visa card. Push them for infinia if u can

Please dont use Diners card for fuels.. surcharge is too high 😶‍🌫️

For Offline Use :
1. Machine didn't accept my DCB for like 1 in 30 transaction. Given I live in teir 2 cities.
2. Tap to pay works on very very few machines.

For Online, I had issue doing some international transaction. But it works fine on all indian transactions.

" However, just to highlight I have faced issues in the recent past with Emirates flight/hotel bookings, ADDA payments, Bescom electricity bill payments online. Offline, i have faced issues with multiple petrol pumps and stores in Tier 2 cities in Karnataka. Many offline stores in non-Metros just look at the Diners logo and say that it wouldn't work there. I am sure that you would have heard these issues from other Diners customers as well."

bill payment using phonepe doesn't accept diners.
hiwever i had no problem with swiggy/dineout that you mentiond in the list.

I am having HDFC Diners Club Privilege CC

I have faced acceptance issues with
1) Tamilnadu bus booking portal - TNSTC(Online) and
2) Vasanth&Co electronics showroom(Offline - Chennai).

It was accepted in Pothys, most of the big restaurant chains, Flipkart, Samsung (Online), Reliance trends, DMART, Max, Dineout, HDFC Life Insurance Portal, KFC, Chennai Silks, Fashion Factory, Zudio and Croma(Online).

The list is incorrect (May be old), now any POS who accepts RUpay accepts diners too. I have used DCB on Resturant through dineout (You even get cashback with DCB), Groceries Shop (Dmart, Star bazaar, Reliance even local stores), 1mg, apollo etc.
