DCB Network change on Renewal.

Hi.,
Can network be changed on DCB renewal.?

DCB Plastic is due for renewal.. Received this mail.. But after entering mobile number and password it's not moving forward..
Wanted to know if anyone has any experience on same.

The name of card is diners Black shouldn't it be always on diners.

Maybe send mail to customer care.
Let everyone know if you did is successfully everyone would change it to visa 😅

That network change line is like a standard template, it wont be applicable for specific card like Diners Black....... but you can get it changed on Millenia, where there are multiple networks available.

But they should work on sending proper communications rather than generic ones.
