Credit Limit Increase

I raised a CLI request via the app last night. I got the OTP and after submitting it, I got a message saying My ticket has been registered. I am unable to see the option where I can upload my salary slip or use the account aggregator.

Where can I do this?

This LE shows to everyone and full depends on their internal assessment. Maximum time get rejected.

If you genuinely feel your card has low limit wrt your income then send 3m salary slip with salary credit Bank statement to nodal officer email id.

Yes I know we can do that as well. But it's doable from the app as I increased my credit limit just like that after using the card for 2 yrs. I'm helping my friend increase the limit on his cashback card which he got a year ago, when he has lesser salary.
