Credit Limit Increase by sending message on WhatsApp

Received this email. Clicking on it opened WhatsApp with "Increase Limit" message.

Hitting send immediately increased limit.

Call CC and ask them to make it same for both card. They will do it.

Nothing. Useless card. Been keeping it in hopes that one fine day they'll add some value again. lol. Silly, I know.

I just keep this card for discounts and I don't accept the limit increases because it might cause over leverage issues for the cards I might want in future.

100% correct. Only power plus I used for fuel

Even if u dont call customer care still the limit for the other card will be updated by itself in about a week. U can check in the app after few days. Same thing happened to me.
