Hey Fam!
Being over leveraged and mostly a unused CC, I wanted to decrease my CL from 5L to 2L on my AXIS Privilege CC.
Called customer care, shared them requirement, instantly got an message and on the app also it was showing as 2L. Also they told after 6months of cooling period I can again ask for update.
On CIBIL it got updated approx after a week, not sure their update timelines.
PS : CC folks get surprised when they hear DECREASE CL lol.
