C2C is only for Plat charge

For both salaried and self employed .
There is a separate link to apply under this criteria .

Cities	All except Gujarat
Limit	>=3L (Starting or ending balance >=1L if NPSL)
Eligible Products	Platinum charge
Payment	Payment amount >=20% of balance due previous balance
Late fee	No Late Fee or bounced payment or overlimit
# of transactions	Atleast 1
Authenticity	1. Address on statement matches application address/ bureau address 2. Authentic statement as per doc verify

No only for Plat charge

You will have to request after getting RCP. Mostly they will make it free.

The Amex agent in chat said I have to pay the fees for my Amex plat travel and MRCC. kindly guide sir
