It's definitely not a a problem. It's now a RBI rule, that you are not aware of!
You are already intimated by me and many friends in this very thread about the refund/cashback thing.
You are showing ignorance.
I don't want to argue here. I posted this thread to check the statement due diligently. Secondly, I do understand that refund can be calculated as payment but the main transaction should be done on post billing date, right!
Like my billing date is 1st Aug & the amount is 10K. Now, I did another transaction of 6K on 5th Aug & some reason I received the refund on 6th Aug. Then how can be the refund calculated on my billing amount? Is it not wrong calculation? If no, then why HDFC/AXIS acknowledged it & registed a ticket for rectification?
Secondly, for SBICARD suppose transacted 10K on 15th Aug, later it generated my bill on 25th Aug. Now SBICARD is not allowing me to pay 10K fully. I have done part payment & CRED is now showing as fully paid. If I open SBICARD portal, still it's showing pending payment amount!! How is this possible?
I have elaborated the issue already. It was quite learning opportunity for me to untrust CRED/Any other aggregator blindly. Now, I paid 60% less through the app but it's saying me fully paid.
I shall not provide any other comment on the repetitive information. If you think, it's not a scam, just my knowledge limitations. Fine, it can be! As an active member of this community, I highlighted this issue by which people can aware of. That's it....
