Pineperks didn't ask for kyc because this is RuPay gift card but Woohoo maybe ask for kyc details, if you purchase more than 9k or 10k per month from Woohoo website.

My pine parks gift card is not activated nor loaded.
Pineperks/woohoo customer care were saying that card should be activated and loaded by seller. But I purchased through Amazon and seller is woohoo only.
Not able to add my gift card on pine perks account. What should I do now? Should I wait for 2-3 working days?

Apart from joke, I read thread few months ago. My question is "how many days it will take usually to receive PIN or to activate card?" I am not able to recall answer for this question if answer exists.

I received some Pineperks prepaid rupaye gift cards, but I don't know how to activate them.
They are not seen on the pineperks app.

When I send SMS, reply is card is not active, and I cannot even add these cards in the my Card section of the website or app
I cannot use the cards
