Credit balance of available balance debited before closing Axis Bank Current account but no funds recd in beneficiary account or bank draft handed. Available balance was debited and account was closed on 19 July 25. Have complained to the nodal officer of axis bank. SR regd on 24 but till date not resolved.
Recd a bank statement in which it is shown that the credit balance is debited and closing balance is zero. However, there Is no record of whether it is transferred to a beneficiary account or a bank draft was prepared.
Pls advise whether I am allowed to register a complaint with RBI or have to complain to higher axis bank official.
