Closing LTF HDFC Tata Neu Card to get core HDFC Card.

I am closing LTF Tata Neu Plus Card to get HDFC Bank core card. I have some queries....

1. After closing the card, will my neu coins expire or should i use neu coins before closing the card?

2. After raising card closure request, how much time should I wait to apply for core card?

3. Which card may i get LTF on C2C basis? I have ICICI coral with 4.5 Lakh limit & AU Card with 6 Lakh limit. Mostly i do online shopping on Flipkart & Amazon. Which card will be better for me?

I have tried emailing all levels of support emails, all of them had a standard reply that its not possible as they do not upgrade co-branded to core.

Physically mailing the card upgrade form would be the next thing i will try.

Also, I am a Imperia member but my RM would neither return my calls nor reply to my email.

Also, the physical form has two options. LE and Upgrade with LE, I don’t think HDFC will raise my limit, additionally I don’t have any supporting documents for LE. What should I do with the physical form?

I had IOCL I asked for upgrade to millennia. They did it

I had limit of 18 K initially i sent 3 years ITR and Axis & ICICI credit card statements they increased limit to 1L .
