Closing LTF HDFC Tata Neu Card to get core HDFC Card.

I am closing LTF Tata Neu Plus Card to get HDFC Bank core card. I have some queries....

1. After closing the card, will my neu coins expire or should i use neu coins before closing the card?

2. After raising card closure request, how much time should I wait to apply for core card?

3. Which card may i get LTF on C2C basis? I have ICICI coral with 4.5 Lakh limit & AU Card with 6 Lakh limit. Mostly i do online shopping on Flipkart & Amazon. Which card will be better for me?

Thanks, I don't need a core card. I have Swiggy (IT's not LTF though). I need neu infinity.
I tried mailing them but no response. Through the neu app - I am only getting neu+.
Looking for some way to get neu infinity.

Tata Neu is better brand card. You can get core card along with it. So Don't close it. I am going to cross 2L cashback neu coins milestone😁

Are you using Tata Neu app or Tata Neu card?

When you use tata neu app, you may see the coins after delivery in Tata neu app.

For tata neu card, neu coins will be credited within 3 days after statement generation and can be seen in Tata Neu app.

Go to tata neu app. In the bottom right corner click your card icon. It will show your neu card balance and below it will reflect Total number of coins earned..

I have tried emailing all levels of support emails, all of them had a standard reply that its not possible as they do not upgrade co-branded to core.

Physically mailing the card upgrade form would be the next thing i will try.

Also, I am a Imperia member but my RM would neither return my calls nor reply to my email.

Pixel offer not there?
Thats treated as core which u can upgrade after 3 months

There is no use of Core card from HDFC.

Have following cards. All are LTF.

1. HDFC Swiggy
2. HDFC Tata Neu Infinity
3. HDFC Pixel Play
4. HDFC Regalia Gold which is the core card I never use 😉

Predominately I use other 3 cards.
