I have been using Yaper for almost 2 years now and I use my Fi account to receive payments for it. Till now, I have never faced any issues. But, today Yaper shows that they have released my payment (provided me with a UBN), but the amount is not debited to my Fi account. When I talked to Fi customer support, they initially asked me to discuss it with Yaper as they have not received the amount. When I asked them to send me an email confirmation suggesting they have not received the amount for the corresponding UBN, they said they will register my complaint and respond within 4 working days. I am also trying to get in touch with Yaper to understand the problem.
I just want to know my options beforehand in case both of them deny responsibility.
[UPDATE] I got the money today morning. I am no longer trusting these Neo banks with my money!
