Fi Account Closed For CC Partial Bill Payment

My Fi account got Credit freezed for multiple CC bill payment for Fi cashback. Theya asjed me to provide income proof for this transaction or ITR. When i had said i am not filing they are telling me to close the account that they can't unfreeze the account...pathetic Neo bank..i have given consent to close the account...i was infinite Customer for 2 years,still they insist to close the account for CC bill payment transaction issue...

No..federal bank normal accounts will not be freezed id we done several transactions and high volume transactions...it js applicable for neo banks of federal bank i think...they have weird transaction controls...fi is only provided for working professionals for savings

Fi cashback is only 3% upto 1000. so its comes only upto ~33k/month. I also get this cashback by rotating through wallets but never flagged in months. WHy would they question about such a low amount of 33k and ask ITR. Something might be missing.
