I’m looking for CIBIL subscription discount offer code for 6 or 12 month plan if anything is available.

This statement is not necessarily correct.
Cibil changes dynamically as and when financial institutions report their account standings to cibil.
Various banks report at Various dates and with recent changes all banks must report at least fortnightly and hdfc chose to report on weekly basis..
So cibil now changes more frequently than monthly , it could even change daily or at least weekly...

they have your full data..

credit score, accounts, loan history and repayment capability.

they can sell that to anyone (read t&cs) and those people will call again and again.. these people won't directly call you.

do note, some accounts have full card number (do risk analyze before using any app).

suggest, use official CIBIL. Now, they're offering 118rs. for 1 time, which is sufficient to most of them in 6 months period. I hope its not that much.

there is no use to track CIBIL month after month...

It may change with every update especially if you don't have long credit history. Some folks want to track changes more frequently.

Also, if you are complaining to banks for fixing any CIBIL issues, bank will ask to confirm after fixing. Having a subscription will help you to check immediately.

With subscription, you may also get alerts on major drop of score.

I don't have CIBIL subscription. I would have considered buying but I noticed that my score doesn't really move much. Usually between 802 and 809.
