Change in Swiggy Refund Policy for Missing Items

I am using swiggy from around 7/8 years and rarely, i raised any request for refund...Recently, for my food delivery and instamart order, 2 items worth Rs 1280 were missing...I raised complaint through app and it was only taken as feedback....I received email and a mob no through app (might be of local dark store), over a call, person informed that they will not accept any refund request for any missing item.

Their downfall begins now as their vendor and delivery partner may steal costly items as it happens in my case. I have deleted my account and uninstalled swiggy

Which payment method used if credit card debit card or upi raise charge back same happened to me refunded via chargeback

That is bad. Even a month ago, they gave option to get the ordered item or issued refund for Missing item in food order.

For Instamart, I always ensure to opt out of bag. This means the delivery executive has to handover ordered items to me and will catch him if there is anything missing there itself.
