CC payment from family?

I have some debt on Credit cards, and having difficulties to pay right now so planning to get PL in wife's name to clear it, now my question is
MY CC is overdue in Bank A and wife have salary account in same bank, Also Home address is same in both of our accounts, in this case can bank take money from wife's account?

Orelse transfer that personal loan amount to your account and then initiate a RTGS/NEFT/IMPS from your account.

I'm yet to apply personal loan, what I'm worried is Bank may know she is my wife due to same address and may start debiting money from her account to recover my credit card dues of its possible

No bank has the right to deduct the amount against any dues from the account which doesn't belongs to customer with out a consent of the customer bro.

But still you can cross check

No bank can do this unless husband is nomore

Never, if the person is different, account is different, bank can not take your credit card debt from any other person's account irrespective she is your spouce! You can take loan in name of your wife and can clear outstanding on your credit card.

First bank won't deduct money from wife's account to clear your dues. No such law exists currently which allows them. They can only ask for money from your own account held in other banks. For that also legal process has to be followed.

Reading your posts, I can confirm one thing that you are in debt trap and trying to get trapped more.

Better ask your parents for money and if they don't have then ask closed ones for min. interest.

Pls have some serious financial planning before using credit card.

Won't suggest taking personal loan for clearing CC dues.
