Cashback on Credit card bill payments

I have 2 lakh credit card bill to pay, which app is best for CC payments and i have hdfc millennia debit card where to use for 1% cashback ?

I was referring to debit cards, because just milennia debit card wouldn’t be enough to cover 2lk

Dont use for such huge amount my 20k is stuck from 1 week , transaction failed money debited
