Card settlement payment late by 2 minutes

I settled my axis card with 2 shots
1 June and 2 july
I made the full payment for june instalments but that got credited on 1 july but i mage payment on 30 jun 11 55 pm


Will that camcel my settlement letter ?

Realisation time (july1) is different from transaction time (jun 30)
