I have suggestions but I do not know your requirement except 30L.. for what purpose, where you drive mostly, EV preferred or not, Seating capacity, Interested to specific company or German cars etc.
I'll wait for others too, how they answer only based on 30L and would like to see your response on how it matches your preference or not..
TBH it needs more details to get suggestion that satisfy your requirements.. but maybe I'm wrong and only 30L enough to give suggestions.

Ok. So you could've simply asked this, rather than beating around the bush..My requirement is a city drive car, preferably an automatic variant (but not AMT)..meri offroading requirement kam hai..would appreciate if the car enjoys decent fuel efficiency and good after sales service. My fuel of choice is petrol, but wouldn't mind a petrol EV hybrid either.
Also between the various automatic techs which one works the best. I can say from experience that AMT is rubbish. Which one works better for Indian roads between CVT and TS.
you could've simply ask this at the beginning of first post itself, rather than beating around the bush.
Creta/Seltos/XUV 700/BYD Atto3/Harrier (Prefer EV)
test drive these and choose what you feel most comfortable.
Also, check nearby service centers for better support and after sale support.

I don't own one, but I guess City cvt or hybrid will be a good option.

City CVT is excellent. I sold it just last year after using for over 5 years.
BYD is nice, but its service is horrible in general.
Then I guess you're already used to a sedan and if you didn't face any issue with it, just get a virtus GT.
I guess it costs around 20L and this way it will be way under your budget and easy on the pocket.
It's a chinese brand (please avoid if possible)
Haan bhai. Absolutely. BYD was never in my consideration!
Pure EV mein interest nahi hai mera. I con consider a Hybrid though.
