Opened account successfully
But unable to login into app because of mom account being on same number
Went to branch 2 times, gave rsdc and mobile number update form
They told signature not there in account, means kyc not updated it seems
Still no dc applied ,number not changed from branch.
Everytime branch is having 100 people ,so so crowded, not willing for 3rd visit

Tried to apply dc through this link
its saying not eligible

No update about welcome kit or default dc

i dont know why i always face issues with psus

Same with me earlier it was showing both domestic and international. Now it is showing only domestic
Same issue, cannot enable international transactions from bank website or app, wanted to make payments in DigitalOcean using this card but failed. I had complained in CPGRAM portal, got this response:

It seems like this can only be resolved by going to home branch.

Its 4th visit today, gave new mobile no update form, First executive checked and said signature not updated, gave signature card to sign, i did.

She stamped gave to next executive through clerk. And asked me to wait, we will call u.
Somehow both lost my application.
I was furious not knowing what to do, still she's saying it will there, we have 50 applications,can't u see the crowd.

Somehow that 2nd executive called me and pulled the application i submitted 2 weeks back 🤣🤣🤣.

I said its old one, so what u want no update right? I replied yes, and he sent otps to adhar no and new no. Told him both and its done.
Signature also updated.
