Briyani chargeback - Suggestions needed

So, on May 7th I purchased a Mutton bucket biryani from a popular local restaurant in my town which costs me 1920 for the bucket + 500 for other items. On reaching home, 20 kms from the restautant I found it to be a chicken bucket instead of mutton. Chicken bucket costs something around 1200. I paid using Axis atlas for this order. Upon reaching out to the restaurant on the same day, they said they will refund the difference amount once checking with the manager. So we went ahead and finished the meals. But on next day when calling for refund, they started asking for proof like pics or videos. Unfortunately or stupidly, I didn't take any on that day. I asked them to check the cctv footage of the delivery area for which they refused again saying they want to ask their MD.

Now can I dispute this transaction on the atlas. Or what else I can do here?

Yes, I can do that—buy a chicken bucket again and use it as evidence. Anyway, I have contacted the head office in Chennai and asked them to investigate. This 700 may be a small amount for me, but my ego doesn't want to let it go.
I can understand. That's why you posted a thread and asked for help .

Send somebodyelse to buy biryani if you wish to .
 
Your best bet is to sort it out directly with the restaurant. If you are unable to, just let it go. No bank will entertain this kind of silly chargeback request especially when you have zero proof of what you claim.

Buy chicken now and take pics/videos and show as proof

What was the way of communication for this?
Try reasoning with the same person who said that.
