Booking a Turkish airlines flight directly on website

I need to book a Turkish airline site directly from the website, and while booking the flight in INR, I see the following message:

As Turkish Airlines is based in Türkiye, your bank may charge you an additional processing fee when you purchase online tickets with credit cards not issued by Turkish banks. Please consult your bank for more details.

- What additional processing fee are they talking about?
- Would it be better to select TYR instead of INR as the payment currency, and use a zero forex card?

Yes, it’s usually better to select the supplier currency. If you choose INR, the dynamic conversion charges could be high which is probably what the message is referring to.
