Here's how to avail the complementary airport pickup/drop service.

1. Send Hi to the WhatsApp number of visa concierge provided on the dc page

2. They will ask to enter your dc details for verification.

3. After this, they will ask details about the journey like the time, location, approx Distance etc. Put all the necessary details.

4. They will update you 24hrs before the departure/arrival.

NOTE:- The terms and conditions that I personally got to know after using this once:-

1. The complimentary service has a maximum radius of 40km. Ensure to keep your travel under this distance.

2. Also, even if your travel is under 40km, it's not necessary that the travel gets confirmed. Make sure that no toll passes through the route, as presence of a toll would change the package from complimentary and you won't be able to avail it.

so if there is a toll they would automatically cancel the booking ? or they would convert it to paid service and send the cab without any info?

they would themselves check if toll is there or not? or once u sit in cab 😂 if u cross one ur rekt? xD
