I'm not getting any reward points for using BOB HPCL Credit card in HP Petrol Bunks and HP Pay app also. Is it with everyone like this?

Payment gateway was CC avenue or paytm?

When paying at HP petrol pump use HP Pay app. Scan 'HP Pay QR', enter the amount and pay through credit card. It should work. Don't load money in wallet, it won't give you accelerated rewards.

You can write to crm@bobfinancial.com with transaction details, they will manual credit the RPs.

The issue is HP provides these pumps with drivetrack plus POS, but they use other POS machines as well. If used on Drivetrack plus, you'll automatically get points. Else you have to contact customer care.

As already discussed, no accelerated points on wallet load

PS - I've been using for 6 months now. Got points for every transaction.
