BOB Blocked my account for UPI transaction

Hi,

I am noticing that BOB blocked my SB account suddenly without any prior notification for any UPI transaction. Though, my account is working fine for other digital channels like NEFT but it is not working for UPI. Multiple apps are showing my account as blocked but the status is showing on BOB WORLD or BOB Netbanking as Active.

If anyone has experienced the same, please help me how to resolve it.

Contact Operations manager of ur home branch.

Write a handwritten letter if they require, they will unblock in 2 minutes.
