BOB Appreciation 🙌

I had to visit almost 7 times to get my mobile number changed and two time to upgrade the account from lite to bob advantage. Still I am unable to place request for emt card because all I see in bob world app is visa and master card varient no rupay variant for me even in advantage account

Yesterday Emailed BOB Home Branch regarding conversion of my account from Financial Inclusion to Savings Advantage and within an hour my account was upgraded. 😁

Now placed a request for EMT Debit Card. 💳
Can u share the contents of the email. I also have a bob bsbda account but bit lazy to go to branch for all the paperwork to upgrade to better savings account.

I had good experience with BOB too (by PSU standard).
I recently opened account in BOB and they required OTP from both Mobile number and email id. Took picture from tablet which triggered capture only if we blink an eye. They said it's to nullify bogus account opening. Had to fill physical form though but it was just basic. They noticed name mismatch in PAN and Adhar so they took initiative and gave PAN back and opened through Adhar only.
