Best way to pay star health insurance premium

Hello All,

What will be recommended method to pay star health premium with cards that I have :
Sbi cb
Regalia gold
Hsbc live
Airtel axis
Apay icici

Amount is 42k yearly premium.

If that insurance provides apay wallet in the payment gateway, you can load amazon wallet with AGV and pay.
Buying AGVs from amazon gives 5% CB on SBI CB card. But it has limits like max one can bu 20 or 30k AGVs in a month via CC.

even 90% of the discount in the premium of star insurance is not enough.

Star's health policy is literally the worst out there, doesn't matter how much you pay them, when it will come time for claim, they will screw you over big time.

Then the only possible option can be changing the frequency to quarterly or half yearly and checking whether the extra cost is less than 5% cb

Which one would be better to port to? Hdfc?

I wanted to port but missed the deadline which was I think 30 days before the expiry
