Best way to apply for swiggy HDFC credit card

Hi,
When applying for HDFC Swiggy CC through the Swiggy app they are giving 12 months Swiggy One membership.
And When applying through one of the HDFC bank links I am getting an offer which says 1500 swiggy voucher on applying .
Which is the better way to apply overall? Given that I am an hdfc bank customer and already hold millennia CC

Also, is there a CIBIL hit in both the application methods?

Take the 1500/- Swiggy voucher. Applying through Swiggy app have seen multiple times it has failed. Not sure if hdfc link. Yes cibil hit is mandatorily done. They want to screw our cibil score.
