Best way to apply for SBI cashback and HDFC millennia CC

Hi All,
I have a few queries related to applying for the SBI Cashback Credit Card and HDFC Millennia Credit Card:

SBI Cashback Credit Card​

1. What is the best way to apply for the SBI Cashback Credit Card?
   (Note: I’m applying on behalf of my father, who already holds an SBI Simply Save Credit Card.)
2. Platforms like CashKaro mention that existing SBI cardholders are not eligible for the ₹1,400 rewards. Is there any alternative way to apply and still receive welcome rewards?
3. If I pay the joining fee, will SBI provide equivalent reward points as part of the welcome benefits?

HDFC Millennia Credit Card​

1. What is the recommended way to apply for the HDFC Millennia Credit Card?
2. I tried applying through the HDFC website, but this card isn’t appearing as an option.
3. If I apply via an HDFC branch, will I still receive the welcome reward points as mentioned on their website?
   (e.g., the benefits listed under the "Welcome Benefit" section — please refer to the link. - Url)
4. Can I request the card to be issued as Lifetime Free (LTF) when applying through the branch?

Yes, I got 1800 after 3 months of card approval

I opened account 6 months back
But I am getting offers for different card except millennia
Hdfc Swiggy they r offering LTF
And the irritating part is everytime I try to check eligible card it's getting registered in cibil as enquiry 😑

SBI Cashback Credit Card​

Since he already has an SBI credit card, try applying via SBI Net Banking (if he has savings account in sbi).

A similar scenario happened with one of my family members — he already had the SimplyCLICK card, and then applied for the Cashback Credit Card through SBI Net Banking. It got approved the next day.

The offer usually shows on the landing page of SBI Net Banking for almost every user.

Since he already has an SBI credit card, try applying via SBI Net Banking (if he has savings account in sbi).

Yes, if all conditions in T&C page are satisfied...they won't generally cheat..

I got 1800 from Cashkaro within 45 days of applying for the SBI CB. 1st SBI card
