Submit to nearest branch they will send it to Chennai office
Do u have copy of floater card pls

Branch refused to accept saying floater stopped

It was definitely given as floater to infinia in the past but they might have made it stricter now. Anyways lets wait and watch.

I tried over 5 times with grievance but no luck. They said it's only for self employed and not for salaried.

I wish to get this card , applied 6Months back but was rejected. I am a NTB HDFC customer , meet the income criteria for this 24-25 FY but not for the last FY hence the branch executive is saying he cannot do anything. Any other to apply for this card (I will again be outside the criteria once this year return is filed)
