Best Home Insurance?

Hi,

Everything inside home should be ideally insured

There is not much info on this, on the internet.

So lets discuss!

Against fire, floods, earthquakes, robbery etc

1. Structure insurance (carpet area sq feet)
2. Content insurance (theft, jewerlly addon)
3. Liability insurance (accidents)

Not talking about home-loan-insurance.

Also are we leasing our property from the government / we actually don't own the property?

Cost of construction ~ 0.3/0.4 * current market price (land + building / immovable)

Cost of content - movable but not taken outside home, ( furniture, fixture, electronics/applainces - mobile, laptop not included as portable, paintings, jewellery), ~ market price.
