Best card for Petrol spends?

I drive a SUV and last month I spent 30k on petrol itself with no benefits. I currently use Onecard for petrol expense because they refund any surge charge (regardless petrol pump)

Please suggest petrol credit card, here are my requirements :

* Shouldn't work only at specific Pumps like HP, BP etc, hopefully should work anywhere as who has the time to find preferred pumps.
* Should give benefit, currently I get almost zero benefits.
* I usually fill up full tank. It costs almost 4500 rupees. So if possible card shouldn't have this thing of "spend 1000 on petrol or 2000", it should be regardless.

Please refer to BPCL SBI Card Octane T&C available at here, Page No 39 (also, see attachment).

It mentions that

"Under this offer, an existing primary cardholder can avail another segment of SBI Credit Card instantly, along with the existing SBI Credit Card, without any additional documentation if no address change is requested.​

For cases where address change is also requested by the Cardholder, the New Card application shall be processed only after the receipt of the valid document/s for address proof within four (4) days of submitting the request." (emphasis added).​

So, if you are already having Octane card and want another SBI card, then the process will be smoother and in a faster time frame (SBI Card says 4 days, but practically maybe say 5-7 days) with minimum/no further additional documentation.

2% currently but one has to buy vouchers and redeem at bunk then only cb gets credited

Sharing my first experience of using voucher for fuel purchase.

1. Went to Axis Gift Edge portal (https://www.gyftr.com/edgerewards) and bought HP Pay voucher for Rs 2000 using Atlas card. Got 2x1000 vouchers. I got 10 Gyftr points there. (Don't the value of 1 point, don't know how/where to redeem it).

2. Went to HP Pay app to redeem this voucher. Becuase I used the same mobile number, these 2x1000 vouchers were already automatically visible in the app and I didn't have to enter anything manually, just clicked Redeem and it got added to HP Pay wallet balance.

3. Went to nearby HP Pump and filled diesel for Rs 2000 and paid using HP Pay wallet. I got 20 Happy coins (worth Rs 5) in HP Pay app. I guess I can redeem it to HP Pay wallet itself, but will do it after it reaches some 50-100 rs.

4. Yet to see how many Edge miles I will get in Axis app for the Atlas card. (Will update here)

Overall it was good, smooth and fast.
