Almost all flagship/imdrange phones runs slightly warm, now a days.
Pixel and Samsungs are worse.

Did it needed any service until now?

I was using MI robot basic model non rotating mop one. I had to reset the device every few days as it doesn't do vaccum properly.
Once the motor in the water dispenser was burnt and MI charged me 7k for replacing it. The cost of the device itself around 17k.

So I don't want to get into all this and I need a good rotating mop self cleaning vaccume cleaner. Will buy during dasara sales. So pls give your inputs on your personal experience on this device

yes I got this for my parents, my experience with it has been really good
no service needed until now
even though it self cleaning, once a week you'd need to spend 15 mins on this - water refilling, cleaning base plate (not as frequently), clearing hair from the brush (they mentioned anti-tangle but hairs all roll up on the brush)

recently got some 3rd party accessories as well for the first time after purchase
as long as it is maintained regularly, it works really great in my experience
vacuum is good, mopping is much better compared to the non-rotating ones
