For registration, CIF should be active. Just check with Branch to activate CIF.

They keep refusing to do anything till I get DC in spite of telling them that I will complaint to RBIO. They are saying I can only do transactions at branch till I receive DC.

Yesterday I redeemed and it was working fine.
Just didn't received the coupon code on mail timely
So called the customer care shared the booking id and got the code within 2 minutes.

It worked for me also just have to type card details instead of auto fill and also use mobile data instead of Wi-Fi

How to check the account type?

Open BOB app -> Aggregate Savings (View all) -> Savings Accounts -> Again Click On saving account ****

You will see your account type
