Bank of Baroda blocked debit card without consent.

Came to branch. Manager is asking me to withdraw complaint and he'll apply for another dc and waive off the fees. Is it possible? I mean is it true that manager has authority to waive off reissuance fees?
That's why I said first mail then BM will be the one requesting you 😂.

First ask him to issue desired DC & give in writing that fees will be waived off , then only take complain back.

Bhai nodal ke through jao ya md ke through jao complain akhir ayega branch me hi .
Ye sab BM ek jaise nahi hote .
Koi kam karega to koi pelega .

Sabse best tha online portal pe complaint karna waha se complain bm ke pass nahi jata .
Solution bhi ho jata .
Nahi hota to nodal to tha hi .

I was asked to take back the complaint. Bramch manager asked me to send and email to nodal that issue has been amicably resolved and to share screenshot of email with him on his branch email id.
 
I asked him what happened to my old debit card, how it just vanished like that. In the beginning bm tried to put blame on me that I might have canceled it and forgot about it. I said then it would show up in the hotlisted dc list. Then he said might be technical issue that made card details get deleted from the servers.
 
I had no option but to agree.
You shouldn't have done that. I didn't withdrew till my locker issue was resolved, he tried convincing me but I didn't budged.

And they resolved it within 4-5 working days & then I withdrew complain.

What's there to fear from BM ? You haven't committed any mistake by raising query for the issue you faced.

I can take my fund to any other bank whenever I want. Never bow down to any BM, it should be mutual partnership which is beneficial for both.
