Mastercard network debit and credit cards are allowed.

Just checked in here (BLR T2 arrival lounge- 080)

Axis Olympus is accepted (no other Axis cards) so is priority pass.
From HDFC, only DCB and Rupay platinum debit
Sbi elite & RuPay platinum

I didn't check Mastercard

You only need boarding pass from Arrival flight (onward flight is not required)

F&B is good and service extremely attentive (This may have to do with lack of guests). There is quick self serve food and also a-la-carte menu with lot of options.
As a family we tried:
Paneer Tikka
Samosa chaat
Factories chart
Momos
Idlis

Everything was fantastic. The staff also requested us if we would let them take a picture with them which we agreed.
