Edit: they deleted their twitter response from my post, when I told them it's contradictory to your own FAQs, lol. This clearly signifies they're misadvertising neucoins and this is outright marketing lies, scam practices. Not at all acceptable from Tata.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Tata Neu / 1mg regarding NeuCoins usage.
I tried booking a lab test on Tata 1mg via Tata Neu & was surprised to see that despite having over 2,000 NeuCoins, I wasn’t allowed to redeem them. (There was no option to redeem)
To cross-verify, I removed that test from the cart & instead tried booking a home collection test via the same app: this time, it allowed me to redeem my NeuCoins without any issue.
This clearly shows that NeuCoin redemption is selectively enabled, even within the same category of services. However, Tata Neu’s official FAQ says that NeuCoins can be used across all Tata brands including Tata 1mg, without stating any exclusions or conditions specific to lab tests.
When I raised this on Twitter, the response I got was that the coins cant be used for lab tests. This is contradictory to what the FAQs claim.
It feels misleading, if not outright deceptive. Everywhere they do heavy marketing about neucoins being the god tier coins usable everywhere across Tata brands and then this.
