Axis taking its sweet time

Applied for card on 6th October still no word from Aixs I don’t know whether it’s been rejected or Approved, the application tracking using their site is not helpful it’s stuck at checking eligibility phase. So experienced fellow community people, does this happened to you

card showing in the app since 2 days but no bluedart SMS for delivery.
How much time will it take?

Based on a family member's recent experience, the card was approved 17 days after applying. And took 5 days to get it delivered after it started appearing in the app. SMS with tracking info was sent 3 days after it appeared in the app.

My card was approved on 27th Oct and it'll be delivered by tomorrow
